ChainMaster expands its range of rigging lifts
ChainMaster, the internationally successful manufacturer of stage chain hoists and chain-hoist controllers from Eilenburg in Saxony, has expanded its range of rigging lifts to include a new chain hoist for maximum loads of up to 500kg. The new lift slots neatly into a range of ChainMaster rigging lifts with weight categories ranging from 250 to 2,000kg.
The standard speed of movement of the new hoist is 4 m/min and it can be used as either a stationary hoist or a climber. Since it employs a direct drive, only one cable is needed to link the control/power packs and the hoist.
The new ChainMaster rigging lift has a particularly compact construction and weights a mere 40kg without the lift (with a 24-metre chain between 35 and 40kg). A BGV D8plus version is currently in preparation.
